Preparation of papers
Each presentation is allotted a time slot of 30 minutes, including question time.
Powerpoint presentations will be possible.
Centre Paul Langevin has a copying machine which participants in the conference may use to copy their papers or handouts. The price per copy, however, is steep: 18 Euros cents/copy under 500 copies, 12 cents between 500 and 1000 copies, 9 c. above 1000 copies. Participants are therefore advised to bring their own copies to the conference.
The number of handouts you should provide should be about 150 for plenary talks, and from 70 to 90 for parallel sessions.
Besides hosting conferences, the Centre Paul Langevin also provides accommodation and catering, with a capacity of 200 guests.
The standard procedure, as required by the CPL, is for each guest to take a full board daily fare, which includes a room + three meals.

- Most bedrooms at CPL consist of 2, 3 or 4 individual beds.
- Participants who want to occupy a bedroom on their own will pay a full board fare of 83.33 €/day.
- Participants willing to share a room will pay a lower fare:
- 71.73 €/day/person for rooms with 2 or 3 beds.
- 66.69 €/day/person for rooms with 4 beds.
- For your own comfort, you will be able to specify your roommate(s) among the other participants.
- Families with children are also welcome in the Centre Paul Langevin.
- Non-participant guests pay the same price as participants for the same type of room.
- Participants will pay Centre PL directly when checking out.
- See also CPL's home page.
